We’ll explain every step in advance. You can ask a question or ask for a break at any time.

Conversation
We’ll ask about your health, medication, tooth sensitivity and what’s bothering you. Feel free to tell us about your worries, too.

Examination and explanation
We’ll look at your teeth and gums and tell you what we see and what we suggest. We’ll explain technical terms in plain language.

Gentle care
We’ll remove tartar, plaque and stains. We’ll adapt the pace and approach to how sensitive your teeth are.

Advice and next steps
We’ll show you how to care for your teeth at home and agree on when it’s best to come back.

How should I prepare?
Do I need a referral from a dentist?
No, you can book yourself. If you have a report or referral from your dentist, bring it with you – it helps us.
How long does the visit take?
Initial dental hygiene takes 60 min. Please arrive a few minutes early.
How much will I pay?
Initial dental hygiene costs 2 100 Kč. You can pay in cash, by card or with Pluxee and Benefit Plus cards. You’ll find all prices in our price list.
Will it hurt?
Everyone’s sensitivity is different, so we won’t promise you won’t feel anything. Tell us how you’re feeling – we’ll adjust the pace and approach, and you can raise your hand and take a break at any time.
I’m embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Should I still come?

What happens after the first visit?
We’ll agree on when it’s best to come for a follow-up. Usually in 4–6 months, but it depends on the condition of your teeth and gums.

Initial dental hygiene includes an assessment of your teeth and gums, removal of tartar, plaque and stains, and home care recommendations tailored to you.
You’ll know the price in advance. If anything extra were needed, we’ll always discuss it with you first.
