The processing of personal data is governed mainly by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which you know as the GDPR.
Processing of data when you send a non-binding enquiry
If you send a non-binding enquiry using the form on this website, we will work with the data you enter in the enquiry. Most often this is your e-mail address, first name, last name, possibly your phone number and the details of your request.
We will process this data to handle your enquiry, for as long as strictly necessary. If we do not enter into a business relationship, we will process your personal data for no longer than 3 months from our last communication.
This processing is permitted by the GDPR (Art. 6(1)(b) – steps prior to entering into a contract).
Who can access the data?
Your personal data is safe with us. Nevertheless, you should know that personal data may also be accessible to other parties, because we use their tools and services for our business. These are:
- the website administrator,
- the web hosting administrator,
- the web hosting provider,
- the e-mail service provider.
Your personal data remains within the European Union.
What are your rights in connection with the processing?
Among other things, the GDPR gives you the right to contact us and request information about which of your personal data we process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing; you can request a copy of the personal data being processed, request erasure of your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
We have no appointed data protection officer and we do not profile data in any way.
